Had we painted the day ourselves, I doubt we could've made it a nicer one for the Hill Running Clinic (Easter edition) yesterday - blue skies, red rocks, good people together as the temp climbed to 70.
Thanks to
VFuel, who provided a bunch of gels to hand out and boxes of gel to give away.
We spent 2 full hours for the clinic then another 1.5-2 hrs on a gorgeous climbing group run. Great to have
JT there, whom I hadn't seen since last summer (especially nice to see him with the case of Bristol Brewing Co. beer he brought for me - thanks!).
Big thank you to
Rob Timko who photographed the clinic!

Nice pics Tim; thanks for sharing. Still waiting on your Chadds Ford, PA clinic! :-)
ReplyDeleteTim, your legs look like you are entering the Mr. Universe competition! All that hill training is showing!
ReplyDeleteYou're funny Tyler! Not mr universe. Much more important - Leadman. :-)
ReplyDeleteTroy: You get me 30 registrants and I'm on my way there!
"Leadman Legs" is a very serious medical condition. Looks like you have a severe case of it. I recommend you go see a doctor about it. Your quads do not look normal at all!
