Cool is a place
No, really, it is.
We (Inside Trail) are heading up to Cool, CA today to mark our courses for the Knickerbocker Canyon Half Marathon, 10k, & 5k taking place tomorrow morning. We have a special treat planned for the post race food… Looks like it's going to be sunny and warm for the event, so come and run it with us!
Having a decent couple of weeks of running with quality hills and speed thrown in and should be fully ready for the Diablo 50k next week. I've been looking over the Miwok 100k info and realized it's packed with a good amount of climbs. Looks like there's a nice 1,800 foot climb in the first two miles, just for starters.

Aloha, guys! Looks like everything is going well with the races. Knickerbocker should be interesting and I look forward to the results. Keep up the good work and I'll see you in early May. Mahalo!
